Chris Steeves  –  Capital Homes ‘Top Producer’ for 2016 and 2017!

An ex-professional snowboarder, Chris went on to work in construction doing renovation projects where he was involved with the designing as well as the construction and management.   He then transitioned into real estate sales where he has worked for the past 10 years in Ottawa, Ontario.  Chris has assisted buyers and sellers with the successful sales of condos, townhomes, detached houses, multi-unit investment properties, AIRBNB rentals, and commercial buildings.

Over the years, Chris has gained first-hand investment experience with renovation projects, basement apartments, legal secondary dwelling uits, rental properties, rent-to-owns, private financing, and property management.   Chris is currently the managing president of a condo building in the Byward Market area, as well he works closely with a local management company for rentals.  With a number of renovation/flip projects under his belt, he also possesses a solid grasp of residential home construction costs, designing, and most importantly resale values.
