Yes, after a 5 year slump, we’re seeing a major resurgence of condos in Ottawa.
In light of the extremely low inventory and rising prices, we’re seeing more new condo developments popping up again (think, 2010 to 2012 condo boom). The old condo inventory is finally drying up and the builders are launching some very cool & exciting new projects. And thankfully, the landscape for new condos is getting more competitive and forcing builders to put out better products.
