The Lebreton development proposals have finally been unveiled, and they were definitely worth the wait.
Both bids look to be world-class developments with some absolutely incredible architecture and very exciting attractions. They offer a mix of residential, commercial, office, retail, tourist attractions, outdoor activities, and much more. I could go on in detail but I’ll just recommend that you visit the respective websites to see what this is all about.
The 2 developers with submitted proposals are:
Group 1 – Ottawa Senators, Capital Sports Mgmt, & Trinity Developments.

My opinion here is that Devcore is offering more diverse and exciting attractions, while the main strength of Illumination is the Senators Arena. Both proposals have a ton of very cool features and attractions, and also some very beautiful architecture. Personally, I’m hoping to see an amalgamation of the best aspects of both
