Ottawa’s real estate market was a bit ‘sluggish’ over this past month of January. Maybe it was the cold, winter weather that finally decided to arrive after the incredibly hot months (both in temperature & real estate sales :)) of November and December.
On a positive note, the number of condos sold in January jumped up substantially 
Could this be the year that we Ottawa’s condo market start the upward swing?
